Will Powerplus void a new car warranty?
For a warranty to be affected, the vehicle manufacturer must show that the product harmed the vehicle. This is something that has never happened in the 16 year history of Powerplus. In fact, to the very best of our knowledge there' s not been even the slightest suggestion of it happening.

 What if the vehicle is leased?
If your vehicle is leased you will need the authority of the leasing company before Powerplus can be fitted. Powerplus can always make the request with you. The bottom line is that you are a customer of the lease company, and the vehicle is to your specification. In our experience leasing companies have been perfectly happy for their vehicles to be fitted with the product.

Exactly what results can be expected?
Both fuel savings and cuts in emissions depend on a number of different factors, and also vary over time as Powerplus internally cleans the combustion areas of the engine. Please check our easy to use charts to calculate what savings you are likely to make.

Does Powerplus always work?
Powerplus has always been found to work when:

1. the unit is of adequate rating for the engine size
2. the unit is correctly fitted

However Powerplus will not produce reliable results if the unit being used is too small for the engine size, or if it is incorrectly fitted. Likewise it will not overcome existing engine faults, and it should never be thought of as a substitute for proper servicing.

What fuels will Powerplus work on?
Powerplus has been found effective with Diesel, Petrol, Bio-fuels, LPG, and ethanol.

Is Powerplus easy to install?
Installation usually takes an hour or less, and we recommend fitting is carried out by a competent mechanic. 

Powerplus units are installed in the vehicles fuel supply line, as close as possible to the engine.

The ends of Powerplus units have industry standard threads in order to accommodate suitable adapters to give a secure fit to any type of fuel line.
