There are no more respected figures in the field of Automotive Science than Professor Gordon Andrews at the Department of Fuel And Energy at Leeds University. After only a short period of controlled testing of Powerplus, substantial cuts in emissions were recorded.

‘Real world’ tests conducted by Powerplus in association with commercal fleet owners using industry standard monitoring equipment
Industry standard fuel and emmisions monitoring equipment was used to conduct a series of 'real world' tests of commercial deisel vehicles. The smallest reduction in fuel consumption was 5.4%, and the highest was 16.8%, whilst the smallest reduction in black smoke emissions was 17.8%, and the highest was 72.7%.
Tests and results such as these are readily repeatable.
